At our Fish & Chip Shack, we serve fresh Cod goujons with thick-cut chips. We top it off with lemon slice and parsley then present the dish in traditional fish and chip trays lined up with food safety approved greaseproof newspaper-style sheets to avoid messes. You can also get mushy peas or any condiments of your choice!

Then top off your meal by adding any number of delicious condiments plus crispy golden fries on the side.

We have a ton of options for our noodle dishes. We use six spices and herbs in them, so they're extra delicious! Guests can choose between curry noodles, plain or soy sauce. They also get to pick from low-calorie black bean sauce, sweet & sour sauce (this one is gluten-free!), or the ever-popular milder yellow curry paste - it's got veggies mixed right into it too!

Catering refers to the supply of food and drinks to a particular event with no specific limitations. Mobile catering, on the other hand, is a form of service in which professionals set up shop and prepare meals on or serve them from their vehicles.

What are your health & hygiene requirements?

All our staff are trained in food handling and hold Level 2 or above in food hygiene certificates
All units have been Gas Safe Tested for mobile units
All Electrical equipment has been PAT tested
All catering units have two or more fire extinguishers & fire blankets, all tested each year
We have our own 12-page Risk Assessments carried out for ALL events
Fire Risk Assessment for each food outlet
Stock rotation log books
Food temperatures are checked with the latest laser temperature equipment and recorded in our log books

Do you provide halal catering?

At British Event Catering we respect and understand religious dietary requirements, therefore a range of our catering units can offer Halal suitable options.

This includes our popular British Grill House which offers a range of food including Halal certified chicken and beef with an additional vegetarian option. Our British Grill House is always our most popular food outlet, catering for a variety of requirements and tastes.
