We had the pleasure of having BEC on our event at Castle Ashby Northampton. The team were amazing at serving 700 guests with ease and the conditions were not easy with such high temperatures. Their set-up, team and food was sensational and the entire team were outstanding. We would highly recommend you using Jarrod at your next event as our end client were very happy and we will be working with him again on our future ventures. Fantastic service from British Event Catering! We used them for a corporate staff lunch where they served over 70 people. I often visit Leyton Orient, my friend has tickets in the Tommy Johnston stand. I have coeliac disease so always struggle for gluten-free food at the football. I never have trouble when I go to Orient and the girls that work behind the counter are always so friendly, take the time to do things separately and go out of their way! I never catch their names but I wanted to pass on my sincere gratitude for how great they are! I can go to the football without worrying about where I'm going to eat for hours or eat something that's been cross-contaminated.

Jarod and his team are lovely and professional. So easy to work with from chatting over email to delivering on site. Very easy, never a worry and super friendly. Would recommend.

Jarrod and his team came to help us with a corporate event, for the second year running, where we were hosting for an estimated x1000 people. BEC were absolutely incredible with setting up, managing to serve all our guests and from start to end, easy and helpful to work with. We will definitely be using BEC again and would 100% recommend them for events, if you want reassurance for great service.

We recently had BEC provide the food for our local village fete, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Extremely professional, listened to exactly what we required and were great from start to finish. We'll be very happy to have them back again next year. Many thanks to Jarrod and his team!

Only edible food at Dubs of Rock .:: my son came out of the arena every night for your burgers and chips as he is extremely fussy. you did us good for the sausage baps every morning too .. please make sure your there next year !!! Amazing value , great food would have loved to have tried your roast pork roll.

We camped near this van at Dubs of Rock 2025. The food was delicious (sausage, egg, and bacon with two hash browns). The staff were lovely. The stand was open when others weren't. Cans £1 cheaper than other vendors. Overall really great and recommended. My only criticism would be the loudness of the music first thing in the morning, and the type of music played throughout the day.

Food was delicious. But the biggest shout out needs to go to the ladies working hard from early morning to late at night and all with a smile on their faces! Amazing service, thank you 😊

I purchased a cheeseburger with onions and chips and then a sausage and bacon with onions and mushrooms also a coffee both sandwiches where lovely. Coffee was good to. The staff where very courtious. I would definately buy a sandwich and drink from you again.

The girls at The Grill Shack were total lifesavers at the Dubs of Rock festival. Amazing burgers, and pork carvery rolls on the Saturday night, and then the filthiest (in a good way) full English on the Sunday morning after a heavy night put us right on the road back up to Glasgow in great form.

Top people extremely professional & reliable I can’t recommend them highly enough top quality food & friendly service.

I loved the songs "how do you like your eggs in the morning" to let us know the van was open and "goodnight sweetheart" to let us know it was closing. These girls saved us at back2 with coffee and buttys and burgers at night. The girls always had a smile for everyone. Give em a pay rise!!

Back home from the back 2 festival and these guys were absolutely brilliant all weekend, they worked tirelessly and always had a smile on their faces. Food was really good too, I had the chicken burger and a another night I had a cheese burger and both were really nice and very reasonably priced for a festival. The cheesy chips looked awesome too but both nights I wanted them the qs were too big for me lol wish they had more than 1 van in the campsite, they let you know in the morning they were open by playing a little jingle which was good, they also had a plug extension and air bed pump next to the van so people could blow there air beds up when they got there on first few days and only charged a £1 which went to the staff. Hope they come back next year best food the festival has had in a while 😁

Where do we start with this.......before you get to the stand you can hear the music and party vibe going on. Once at the front, swiftly even if there is a queue, you are treated to 1st class service from the super friendly staff offering top class food and beverages at very reasonable prices. Once your chosen meal is quickly served, you have a vast array of sauces to accompany your meal. The food is top quality and always a must have whenever I'm at the festivals. Keep up the good work, love from your FAVOURITE customers 😉

As an organiser of an event in Chelmsford, I’ve been working with British Event Catering for a number of years, and can’t recommend them enough. The units look eye catching, fresh and modern, and the staff are fantastic, Lots of variety and food choices within the various units including, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free. They are completely reliable and respond super quick, great to work with. Thankyou!!

Absolutely phenomenal team and company all round! Staff were not only courteous and incredibly kind, affable, friendly and genuine on every level, but their consummate professionalism spoke tremendously to me! Couldn’t have been happier! At a private event running from 11-13th August 2024, ladies I promised I’d give the shoutouts..this hair (mine) was a source of great conversation, and compliments that came with kindness in abundance (#MickHucknall, if you know, you know..! You had to be there!) The food quality was just superb! Everything I had was of an incredible quality! From the burritos (SO good!) to burgers/ fries and delicious noodles, I was overwhelmingly satisfied and content with the food in every way! Mornings were served with a delicious spread of continental breakfast foods, laid out, which helped served hangover 1 of 2. Then the next days delicious breakfast roll filled with quality breakfast meats - chefs kiss! Lunch/ Dinner, as mentioned catered for incredibly well, and I didn’t even get a chance to chow down on absolutely everything! We also had a very well stocked snack bar, with so many tasty treats, and well authored I must say…just what a festival goer needs as a pick me up! Truthfully I could go on into the finer minutia but then I would be going into the territory of a small pamphlet, which I would publish and stick to the front of any venue, to promote this wonderful, hardworking and incredibly friendly and kind bunch of individuals who are “British Event Catering”!! Every interaction, chat, service provided, was nothing short of perfection! Thank you for making my time at the event feel ever more precious with your team on board. This review really is dedicated in equal measure to you all, but just wanted to give a special more personalised shoutout to a couple sets of people - Shoutouts to my morning lads, and bearing with my rambles whilst you were setting up breakfast bits, and suggesting that pan au chocolat strat - divine, will take that through life now guys! A very special shout-out dedicated to the incredible women of the food catering section - we’ll talk more hair and curl maintenance one day, I promise :). Come across this company at a festival and the service and the food was absolutely fantastic I was served by shell & kell and there personality’s and there customer service was top notch! Very helpful and always put there customers first highly recommended

Visited the grill shack recently. Food was ok, staff pleasant enough, prices more than reasonable. Had a chat with the staff. I would definitely give them my custom again if I saw their outlet.

I recently used British Event Catering for an invite only supercar event at Bicester Heritage. Jarrod was a pleasure to work with and ensured our business needs were met throughout every step of the process, from initial enquiry to event activation. Their food is wonderful and we had many compliments from customers on the day. I will definitely be using BEC for future events and look forward to working together again.
