We have a wealth of experience within the trade and associated environments and are in a position to offer an extensive range and variety of services. We pride ourselves on offering a truly professional service, with presentation and preparation being of utmost importance to us. What we do on arrival
Our team consisting of one trained chef and two serving staff to each outlet set up our street food huts in there allocated positions. We are completely self sufficient, all we may ask for is an electricity point but we able to supply our own silent running generator if need be. Once we are set up we get to work on preparing your choice of menu from the street food catering menu’s that we offer. Generally we ask for a serving time to be stated that you are happy with and once it hits that time we will be ready to serve your guests/attendees with the finest street food available.

Our Burger Shack serves the best of British Farmed 100% 6oz beef burgers served with Monterey Jack Cheese, British Bacon and fried onions all topped of with a wide range of popular and quality condiments.
Fish & Chip Shack
Our Fish & Chip shack provides fresh battered Cod goujons served with thick-cut chips, topped off with a pinch of parsley and fresh lemon slice, presented in a traditional fish and chip tray lined with food safety approved greaseproof newspaper style sheet. Also available mushy peas and all condiments.
Vegan Burger Shack
Our Vegan Shack serves a great bean based grilled burger served with vegan cheese and fresh salad and a wide range of popular and quality condiments.

Mexican Shack
Our Mexican Shack serves two of the finest Mexican classics, fresh hot tortilla wrap served with beef chilli or Mexican style chicken with a range of toppings such as, jalapeños, salsa, hot cheese sauce, guacamole, grated cheddar, garlic mayo and mint sauce. This shack also offers a veggie option, fresh cooked Mexican style bell peppers and onion served with the same great fillings.
Dirty Loaded Fries Shack
Skin on Fries and Nachos loaded with mouthwatering toppings such as cheese and bacon, Mexican Chilli, Bombay Curry and BBQ Pulled Pork or Chicken. Our portions are big enough to share but that good you won’t want to.

The Noodle Bar is great for any food court, offering the public a good healthy meal and a great set of veggie options. Indian Wrap Shack
We slow cook chicken thighs in a medium spiced curry sauce before mixing with fresh basmati rice. Served with a crunchy onion salad and cooled with a traditional Raita sauce and mango chutney before adding a generous pinch of coriander.
