Private Catering FAQs
Private catering is a professional service that provides customised food and beverage solutions for a range of exclusive private events. Whether its an intimate gathering, milestone celebrations or corporate event.
- All our staff are trained in food handling and hold Level 2 or above in food hygiene certificates
- All units have been Gas Safe Tested for mobile units
- All Electrical equipment has been PAT tested
- All catering units have two or more fire extinguishers & fire blankets, all tested each year
- We have our own 12-page Risk Assessments carried out for ALL events
- Fire Risk Assessment for each food outlet
- Stock rotation log books
- Food temperatures are checked with the latest laser temperature equipment and recorded in our log books
At British Event Catering we respect and understand religious dietary requirements, therefore a range of our catering units can offer Halal suitable options.
This includes our popular British Grill House which offers a range of food including Halal certified chicken and beef with an additional vegetarian option. Our British Grill House is always our most popular food outlet, catering for a variety of requirements and tastes.
We are very wary when it comes to specific requirements regarding allergies.
