Our Emergency Catering service is something we are very proud of, we have provided catering for many different types of emergencies such as The Buncefield oil fire at Hemel Hempstead in 2005.
From the time of receiving the call, to being on site with a catering unit, it took us only two hours to be up and running.
With our mobile event catering, we were feeding all the 999 services around the clock for 10 days and nights including Christmas and the New Year with a full menu from breakfast to turkey dinner, soups, fresh fruit, sweets etc.
Once the emergency services had the area under control we went on to provide our mobile cafes for a further 8 months feeding the workforce that was tasked with rebuilding.

Other examples of what we class as emergencies are helping event organisers who have been let down by the caterers they had originally booked, in these instances we can get the call from 1-3 days before the event or in some cases the morning of the event.
We always do our upmost to provide these events with the mobile food units they are looking for and its very rare that we cannot help. Please see below for our average deployment times.
Naturally the more time you give us the better. However many food outlets you require just give us a call, as we are always ready to help.

COVID-19 UPDATE
At British Event Catering, the health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.
We continue to follow the latest COVID-19 guidelines and take all necessary precautions to operate safely.
Hand sanitisers are fitted in all units. Staff will be using these at an increased rate between any necessary contact.
Contactless payment is in place to save further risk of spreading the virus.
We are offering catering support for location catering; offering meals for work crews, including healthy options, hot drink stations and heated seating areas.
