2025 has been another busy year for British Event Catering, supporting a wide range of events across the UK.
From community celebrations and sporting fixtures to large-scale festivals and corporate team-building events, our mobile food units have been on the road delivering reliable, high-quality event catering across the UK.
In this blog, we’re taking a look back at some of the events we’ve catered for in 2025, highlighting the variety, scale and flexibility of our catering setups, and how our team has supported organisers and guests along the way.
Community & Family Events
We love catering for community and family-focused events that support local celebrations and attract visitors of all ages.
One of the first events we catered for this year was Kent College Lambing Weekend, a popular two-day countryside event that enjoyed plenty of sunshine and strong visitor numbers.
We supplied a range of food shacks alongside a bar, ensuring guests had a choice of food and drink options throughout the weekend.
Later in the year, we returned to Frampton Country Fair, a well-established rural event that we have proudly supported for several years. Despite challenging weather, the fair still drew a strong turnout and our team delivered catering across multiple outlets to support visitors throughout the day.
Festivals & Large Public Events
We’ve had the pleasure of catering for a number of festivals and large public events throughout the year.
We returned to the Tendering Show, a well-loved, family-friendly event with attractions and activities for visitors of all ages.
Our team delivered a range of food and drink options, focusing on a welcoming setup and efficient service to support a steady flow of visitors throughout the day.
We also supported the SMR Concert at Stevenage FC, a three-day live music event that attracted large crowds throughout the weekend.
Our mobile catering units were on site throughout the event, providing food and drink options to support visitors before and between performances.
Alongside these events, we also supported a number of other large-scale festivals and public gatherings, including Preston Live, Essex Pride, Back 2 Festival, and Shine Night Walks in London, welcoming tens of thousands of attendees across the season.
Sports & Motorsports Events
We’re proud to operate a dedicated catering unit at Leyton Orient Football Club, where we have supported matchday catering since 2017.
Working closely with the club and its management team, we deliver consistent, high-quality catering for supporters throughout the season.
Our long-standing partnership with Leyton Orient highlights our experience in managing catering concessions at busy sporting venues and delivering a reliable service on every matchday.
Alongside football, we’ve also provided catering at a variety of other sporting and motorsport events during 2025, including The Great River Race, soapbox derby events, dirt bike racing, and vintage car shows, many of which required flexible mobile catering at outdoor or temporary locations.
Corporate & Team Building Events
We supported the AkzoNobel Product Roadshow, a multi-location event combining product launches and team-building activities.
Our mobile catering units were deployed across the roadshow, delivering consistent food and drink options for large numbers of guests at each location.
We also catered at the CEX Team-Building Festival, a two-day festival-style event supporting around 1,000 attendees per day.
Alongside these events, we’ve also provided catering for a range of other corporate and trade events throughout the year, including large-scale shows for brands such as Airbus, which welcomed audiences of up to 30,000.
We also provided catering for a team-building event for North Kent College, where our service was recognised with a thank-you from the event organisers.
Looking ahead to 2026
As we reflect on the events we’ve catered for throughout 2025, we’re proud of the dedication and professionalism our team has shown at every event.
